Sally Gracie is the Principal of Chas Everitt Cape Town South, having spent most of her working life in property professionally. Her experience goes beyond conventional real estate sales — she brings a genuine understanding and appreciation of luxury property, backed by a complementary personality, the right attitude, and an uncompromising, service-driven approach.

Sally’s connection to Stonehurst Estate runs deep: as both a homeowner and a serving Trustee there, she brings first-hand understanding to selling property across Stonehurst, Steenberg, and Silvertree. In 2008, she wrote her property exams and joined Chas Everitt — and just six weeks into her new career, she signed her first sale. She’s remained consistently among the company’s top sales agents ever since.

After many years with Chas Everitt, Sally was offered and accepted a shareholding and directorship in the Cape Town South franchise, a reflection of the trust and results she’d built over the years.

As Sally puts it: “If you do not go after what you want, you will never have it. If you do not ask, the answer will always be no. If you do not step forward, you will always be in the same place.”
