Eileen Mc Kirby is a Constantia estate agent with over two decades of property experience across two major markets. She focuses on Constantia Lower, Constantia Hills, and Constantia Rural, bringing deep local knowledge of the area’s unique lifestyle and property dynamics to every buyer and seller she works with.

Eileen’s property career began in 2001, when she moved from a successful career in insurance into real estate. From 2001 to 2009, she specialised in Johannesburg’s northern suburbs, building and leading a high-performing team within security estates — work that earned her numerous accolades and established her reputation as a trusted property professional.

Since relocating to Cape Town in 2016, Eileen has built her career in the Southern Suburbs, guiding both buyers and sellers with the same strategic thinking and negotiation skill that defined her earlier success.

Her greatest strength lies in building lasting relationships — Eileen believes in creating “clients for life” rather than simply closing transactions. Her meticulous attention to detail and genuine commitment to service have resulted in consistent repeat business and referrals, a real testament to the trust she inspires.

With over two decades of experience across two major property markets, Eileen offers her clients discretion, integrity, and a results-focused approach tailored to their individual needs.
