Kim Marais is an estate agent covering Tokai and Constantia. Born and bred in Tokai, she has a lifetime of knowledge of the area and, importantly, recognises the trust that home buyers, sellers, and tenants place in her. Kim strives to exceed the expectations of the individuals and families she works with, putting immense effort into matching homes with both personalities and requirements.

Kim matriculated from a leading girls’ school in Cape Town’s Southern Suburbs before moving internationally for two years to start her career. She returned to South Africa and spent ten years in the medical industry, an experience she genuinely enjoyed. Entrepreneurial by nature, Kim has supported her own family’s business, Norma’s Homebakes, and worked alongside many other business owners helping to streamline their operations.

Kim’s extensive personal network, paired with her diverse business experience, lends itself perfectly to her role as an estate agent with Chas Everitt.
